Chicken

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken thigh
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 spray pam for 2 seconds, cook chicken. season with mrs dash. once chicken is cooked, add peas and carrots.
