Homemade Italian Garden Soup

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian beans, drained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can zucchini with italian-style tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas and carrots
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth or 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  • 2 bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  • 3 seadon to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 4 serve with breadsticks, croutons or warm bread.
