Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
- 3 celery ribs, cut on bias
- 5 carrots, cut in half lenth wise
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Recipe
- 1 place all ingrediants in a 3 quart stew pot and stir until mixed. cover and bake in a 200 f oven for 3 to 4 hours.
