Ginger Sesame Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups thinly sliced bok choy
  • 2 cups carrots, ribbons
  • 1 daikon radish, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup oriental sesame salad dressing

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl stir together the bok choy, carrot, radish and ginger. toss with dressing.
