- 4 cups thinly sliced bok choy
- 2 cups carrots, ribbons
- 1 daikon radish, shredded
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup oriental sesame salad dressing

- 1 in large bowl stir together the bok choy, carrot, radish and ginger. toss with dressing.
