Crunchy Poppy Seed Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 cups broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 2 large red peppers, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium carrots, shredded
  • 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 6 ounces chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 1/4 cup cashews

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except dressing and cashews in a large bowl.
  • 2 add dress and toss to coat.
  • 3 sprinkle with cashews.
