Easter Carrots (chocolate Covered Strawberries)

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 pint strawberry, washed and dried
• 1 (14 ounce) melting chocolate

Recipe

• 1 wash and dry strawberries leaving top on.
• 2 melt chocoate in a double broiler.
• 3 dip strawberries holding top and cover as much as possible.
• 4 dry on wax papaer lined cookie sheet, when almost dry, take piece.
• 5 of dental floss and run through top to look like carrot -- dry completely.
