Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef, chunked
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 lb carrot, sliced (i use baby carrots)
- 6 cups water
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cube ground beef.
- 2 peel and cube potatoes.
- 3 slice carrots.
- 4 put in dutch oven.
- 5 cook on medium until beef is done and potatoes are fork-tender.
