Easy Shrimp Stir-fry

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag shrimp, thawed
  • 1/4 medium yellow onion
  • 2 red potatoes
  • 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 carrots

Recipe

  • 1 chop all of the veggies and set aside.
  • 2 spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3 put potatoes and onions in the skillet and cook until tehy start changing color.
  • 4 add in carrots and broccoli and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • 5 add shrimp and mix inches.
  • 6 add any seasonings you would like, and cover skillet.
  • 7 cook until potatoes are done and serve.
