French Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb lean veal, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups peeled cubed potatoes
- 1 cup cut green beans
- 1 cup cauliflower floret
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried savory
- 1 cup small broccoli floret
- 1 cup peas
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredient, except broccoli, peas, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding broccoli and peas during last 20-30 minutes.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
