Grated Carrots

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 toss grated carrots with rice wine vinegar and sugar.
  • 2 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes and serve with your meal.
