Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 large carrots
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 celery ribs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 -3 lbs beef shoulder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons instant minced garlic
Recipe
- 1 coarsely chop carrots, potatoes and celery.
- 2 place them in the bottom of your crock pot.
- 3 heat oil in frying pan.
- 4 add water, dry soup mix, and bouillon to crock pot.
- 5 brown roast in hot oil.
- 6 place roast on top of vegetables in the crock pot.
- 7 pour soy sauce over roast.
- 8 rub garlic on the roast.
- 9 set crock pot on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
