Breakfast Smoothie

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup ground golden flax seed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 medium carrot

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender.
  • 2 start blender on "chop setting" blend for 2 minutes.
  • 3 turn blender up to "liquify," blend for 3 minutes.
  • 4 pour into tumblers.
