Ingredients

• 2 cups cubed roast beef (leftover roast beef is good)
• 1 -2 cup sliced cooked carrot
• 2/3 cup chopped pearl onion
• 1 (12 ounce) jar savory beef gravy
• 1 (24 ounce) package simply potatoes traditional mashed potatoes

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees. lightly spray a 3-quart casserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
• 2 in a large mixing bowl, combine beef, carrots, onions and gravy; fold to combine all ingredients well.turn into prepared casserole dish.
• 3 evenly spoon mashed potatoes on top of all ingredients in casserole dish.
• 4 place in preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. serve hot.
