- 1 lb brussels sprout, trimed and halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pearl onion, peeled
- 1 large carrot, cut in 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan filled with water, boil brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. drain.
- 2 in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. add carrots and onion and cook, stirring, until onions turn golden, 4-5 minutes.
