Fricassee Of Brussels Sprouts And Pearl Onions In Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb brussels sprout, trimed and halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup pearl onion, peeled
  • 1 large carrot, cut in 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan filled with water, boil brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. drain.
  • 2 in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. add carrots and onion and cook, stirring, until onions turn golden, 4-5 minutes.
