Ingredients

- 3 medium carrots, grated
- 1/4 small onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix veggies in casserole dish then dot with butter.
- 2 add water, cover and bake at 350f for 20 - 30 minutes until tender.
- 3 note if microwaving, omit the water and use 1/3 the time.
