Ingredients

- 1 lb carrot
- 2 tablespoons light honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel the carrots and cut into serving size pieces.
- 2 steam or boil until just tender.
- 3 drain carrots.
- 4 add honey and stir carrots until they are coated with honey.
- 5 if using sesame seed, add sesame seed to carrot/honey mix and stir.
- 6 serve immediately.
