Japanese Hibachi Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into rounds
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 -3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine in blender and puree, add water for more viscous dressing.
