Ingredients
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 place vegetables in the bottom of slow cooker.
- 2 top with chicken.
- 3 add soup and broth.
- 4 (no need to mix).
- 5 cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
