Healthy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 in a bowl, mix together turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, milk, onion, carrots, 1 t italian seasoning, cinnamon, salt and pepper. press into loaf pan.
- 3 whisk together tomato paste, water and remaining italian seasoning. spoon on top of meatloaf.
- 4 bake for 50 minutes.
