Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread, torn in pieces
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 pat meat mixture into a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees f. for 1 and 15 minutes.
