Grandma Margaret's Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread, torn in pieces
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 pat meat mixture into a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees f. for 1 and 15 minutes.
