Indonesian Style Fruit Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons red peppers
  • 4 cups shredded carrots, apples, pears and cucumbers

Recipe

  • 1 combine the honey, peanut butter, vinegar,salt and pepper and stir until well mixed.
  • 2 last add the shredded vegetables and fruit.
  • 3 mix again so that the flavours blend.
  • 4 refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • 5 serve chilled.
