Hot Artichoke-garlic Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 -4 minced fresh garlic (or more)
  • 1 (13 3/4 ounce) can drained chopped artichokes
  • 4 ounces shredded parmesan cheese (grating it yourself will help it melt more completely)
  • paprika
  • sliced french bread or bagel chips or carrots or celery

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 place in 2 small baking dishes, or one larger baking dish.
  • 3 dust with paprika.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees, 20 minutes for 2 small dishes, 30 minutes for 1 larger dish.
  • 5 toast bread.
  • 6 enjoy!
