Hot Artichoke-garlic Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 -4 minced fresh garlic (or more)
- 1 (13 3/4 ounce) can drained chopped artichokes
- 4 ounces shredded parmesan cheese (grating it yourself will help it melt more completely)
- paprika
- sliced french bread or bagel chips or carrots or celery
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 place in 2 small baking dishes, or one larger baking dish.
- 3 dust with paprika.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees, 20 minutes for 2 small dishes, 30 minutes for 1 larger dish.
- 5 toast bread.
- 6 enjoy!
