Low Carb Shrimp Stir Fry For One

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 7 ounces raw shrimp, peeled
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • non-fat cooking spray (butter flavor)

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet and coat with cooking spray.
  • 2 when skillet is hot, put vegetables and soy sauce in pan, stirring often.
