Ingredients

- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup drained pineapple chunks or 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup raisins, plumped in water and drained
- 1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar
