Gerber’s One-bowl Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 15 ounces gerber carrots (2nd or 3rd foods)
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 . combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. spray 11’ x 17â€? baking pan* with cooking spray. pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. when cool frost with cream cheese frosting.
• 2 *i used two round cake pans to make a layer cake instead and the time was about the same.
